Ordering Procedures

International Ordering from National Drug Source:

1. Obtaining a price quotation can be accomplished by submitting a price quotation requisition form

2. You will receive a price quotation for the items you request with the exception of shipping charges which vary according to your location, available shipping options, and any given shipping specifications. We are able to provide you with a shipping estimate if you provide details of your desired order, location, and shipping needs.

3. We do not sell narcotics or sedatives (any controlled drugs).

To Order:

If the price quotation is acceptable, simply fill out any pertinent information and desired quantity under the column “Qty Ord” located on the right side of your price quotation sheet. You may return it either by fax (704-545-5068) or by e-mail at orders@nationaldrugsource.com. International customers - please be aware that we must receive payment before shipping your order unless you have applied for payment terms. We are able to receive bank checks, major credit cards, or wire transfers.

Please be aware that National Drug Source is not responsible for the import customs clearance and/or payment of import customs duties and taxes and/or other costs and risks associated with your importing order. These costs are the responsibility of the consignee. We recommend you consult with a reliable customs broker or freight forwarder in your importing country to handle the import routines.

Domestic Ordering from National Drug Source:

1. Obtaining a price quotation can be accomplished by submitting a price quotation requisition form. You can also e-mail a list of items you need quoted at info@nationaldrugsource.com .

2. You will receive a price quotation for the items you request inclusive of shipping charges.

All domestic orders are shipped UPS ground at no extra charge if located in the 48 continuous states. Next Day or expedited shipping services available at consignee’s expense.

5. All initial orders are COD, unless credit has been established with National Drug Source. If you wish to establish credit, please contact us and we will furnish you with all necessary documents to submit for review.

6. All orders must be accompanied by a purchase order.

7. All orders are accompanied with pedigree information.
