Who is NDS?

NDS helps healthcare partners procure thousands of healthcare products from a secure supply chain, at competitive prices, and on a robust and efficient pricing platform. We take great pride in our expertise to responsibly supply health products where there is need—in our local community, within the U.S., and across international borders.

We work collaboratively with healthcare providers and manufacturers to responsibly and transparently move products to where there is need—in our local community, within the U.S., and across international borders.

We have been actively involved in the procurement and distribution of pharmaceuticals since 1998, internationally since 2004.

Our Goal to Advance Patient Care

Patient advocacy is at the center of NDS policy and our healthcare supply chain. Our goal is to help patients achieve health and wellness, wherever they may be. We achieve this by partnering with healthcare professionals around the globe to overcome obstacles so they can extend benefits to patients who may otherwise not have the opportunity.

Many advanced, cutting-edge therapies are marketed by small companies in the United States and are only offered for sale in this market for a specific number of years. Our sole focus is on finding solutions to remove the barriers inhibiting access to the manufacturers of these innovative medicines, providing you with the same selection and U.S. FDA regulated quality.

Our Commitment to Compliance

Our compliance program is one of the key components of our commitment to integrity in everything we do. We are committed to a secure drug supply chain that ensures quality and safety in the products we offer.

NDS possesses all the necessary licenses to allow us to source, handle, store, and distribute pharmaceutical drugs and controlled substances in the U.S., and we take a proactive and aggressive approach to compliance with all laws and regulations for these activities.

Utilizing strict guidelines of GDP and our robust set of SOPs, we meet or exceed all supply chain regulations enforced by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Drug Enforcement Administration, and U.S. state and local governments.

Our Experience

Our collective education and backgrounds in the medical field, life sciences, pharmacy science, and import/export management lets us bring a unique perspective to the industry. This, plus our hard work and dedication has led to our expertise and to a well-respected reputation in the pharmaceutical procurement space.

We are committed to assisting healthcare providers meet patient need. We strongly believe that everyone should have access to medicines and health products that can maintain or improve health.
